Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide from within Australia.

Dispatch & delivery times
Orders placed before [12pm AEST] on a business day are dispatched the next business day. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders above $99.

Tracking
You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow a little time for tracking to update after dispatch.

Delays outside our control
Once your order is with the courier, delivery timeframes are in their hands. We're not able to control carrier delays, but if something's gone wrong, email hello@blackpalmsupply.com with your order number and we'll help chase it up.

Wrong address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, though we'll always try to help where we can.
